Where is conference registration? Workshop registration is in the Las Vegas Ballroom. Registration for the main conference will take place in the Pacific Ballroom. Both ballrooms are accessible from the Jubilee tower elevators.
Is wifi available in the meeting room? Unfortunately, no.
What is the dress code for the course? Casual dress. We want you comfortable. Please bring a sweater. We do our best to make the room comfortable, but one person’s comfortable is another’s chilly.
How many CMEs/CEUs are available for this course? The CME/CEU count will vary based on your participation and whether you attend one of the optional workshops or just the main conference. The total available is up to 23.25 hrs CMEs/ 2.3 CEUs.
My organization requires a W-9 to issue payment for the course. How do I get that? The W-9 is available for download here.
I’m interested in sharing a room with another attendee to save on costs. Is there a way to set that up? Absolutely! Please contact Julie at julie@sincitylaryngology.com or 813-810-6027, and she will try to hook you up with another attendee who would like to share a room.
I’m not coming to the course with anyone I know and would like to go out to dinner or see some sights with others while I’m there. Can you put me in touch with others like me? Of course! Please contact Julie at julie@sincitylaryngology.com or 813-810-6027, and she will work to put you in touch with others who are looking to explore Vegas.
